RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Need to return an item to us? No problem. We are happy to offer a refund on eligible items which are new, unworn, or unused and still have their original tags and packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Once the 30 days have passed we are unable to offer a refund.
POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to send the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us using our contact us form on website, please ensure your order number is the subject of your email.
If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Please note that postage costs, taxes and duties will not be covered by seller and items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
SHIPPING OF RETURNS
We are unable to take responsibility for shipping costs and lost packages. Please keep a record of your tracking number when shipping your return package. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS/ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items cannot be returned, these include all swimwear, underwear and personalised products.
EXCHANGES
We are currently unable to offer exchanges at this time. We recommend reordering the item through our website.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
